Howdy!
We’re Alana and Erin, and we’re ecstatic you’re here, girl! We’re going to have a ton of fun together!
We met 25 years ago on a swampy, Philly summer day in a mutual friend’s backyard.
The weather was scorching, the popsicles were refreshing, and the company was perfect. Erin made me laugh then, and she still does today. As one of my oldest friends, she feels like home.

Some of my best memories come from laid-back yet unforgettable gatherings hosted by Erin. Her 15th birthday party, for example. The main event? A chocolate chip pound cake that sparked an epic food fight. But really, it was the handful of us just laughing and chatting about our lives in her tiny apartment that made the night so special. I still remember it like it was yesterday.
To this day, her parties are still wild, but we’re older now, so “wild” is subjective. A few birthdays ago, like ten of her friends (some who were at that 15th birthday!) treated ourselves to a relaxing day at a beautiful spa outside NYC, then rented a loft in Jersey City for the night. The place was full of quirky, vintage decor, perfect for us to play games and giggle the night away. We learned the hard way that it was more suited for a loft party where you charge a cover, not somewhere you’d want to sleep. We woke up to sore backs from flat air mattresses and traces of the mice that called the loft home.
Hilariously uncool. Memorable forever. Erin managed to get us our $600 back for the night. Iconic.

Other times, we have the best time watching Flea Market Flip, sourcing cool thrift finds, or brainstorming something innovative together. She brings out my best creatively (and personally!). Erin is excellent at curation. She can style an outfit or put together a gallery wall in her home with personal photos, thrifted decor, and a piece or two that someone gave her, and it looks editorial.
By now, you’re like, “Okay, we get it. Erin is everything. What are you bringing to the table?”
*I* am the queen of turning trash into treasure and making even the creepiest of spaces feel like home. ( I currently live on a historic graveyard in Philly). As a teenager, I made furniture out of cardboard and collaged my walls to make my spaces feel more “me.” Now, I turn my old clothes into craft textiles and mosaic things that I would have otherwise thrown in the garbage. I’m also obsessed with making an artisanal cocktail, baking, making jewelry, and hosting craft parties.
I’m known to throw out the occasional deadpan one-liners. I love big-moody vibes, the whimsigoth aesthetic, and music from nearly every genre. I come from a family of musicians, and it runs in the blood. The only time I feel truly happy and free is either listening to music or attending a show… usually with Erin.

If Erin is the warmth of the party/Host With The Most, I’m the person, usually in the corner, with the dog, or in an intense but enjoyable conversation with the only other person who wants to talk about religion, philosophy, or politics…respectfully. Or art. Or Music. Just call me Ted Mosby.
Both of us come from humble beginnings, so creating beauty from what we have—whether repurposed, recycled, thrifted, or gifted items—is so important to us. We love finding creative ways to keep ourselves and our homes feeling fresh with the materials and time available to us.
For example, my favorite and most treasured wedding gift is a book of memories that Erin and my sister filled out and pasted photos of us growing up. It’s a hilarious readback. All it took was a little time, creativity, and cringy old photos of us as moody teens. It still brings me joy every time I crack it open.

Sooooooo……after two and a half decades of adventures and life detours, we finally decided that this would be the year to chase our lifelong ambition of partnering on a creative project. We’ve been dreaming up big ideas since we were 10 and 12, from a skatepark inside an old movie theater to an artisanal food truck for weddings and events.
Finally, we’re bringing those wild pursuits to life with all things style, home decor, and DIY, fueled by our passion for sustainability, creativity, and doing more with less.
Our goal is to create a space that feels just like our friendship: a warm, inviting place that sparks happiness and creativity while making style and home-keeping accessible for busy people who want to embrace the art of intentional living.
We’re so glad you’re here to join us on this journey. Let’s make things a little more fun, a lot more stylish, and definitely more creative—because life’s too short to be boring.
